This also comes in an audiobook and really gives the reader more around the science behind ADHD.
The author dives deep into the unique ways ADHD manifests in women and offers practical advice on how to navigate these challenges in everyday life.
While this book doesn’t exclusively focus on motherhood, it offers helpful tips on managing tasks, reducing distractions, and maintaining a sense of order—things that can be crucial for moms with ADHD.

Podcasts

In Refocused with Lindsay Guentzel, she challenges outdated assumptions and explores tools and mindset shifts to help you thrive, while breaking down the stigmas surrounding ADHD.
Kate Moryouseff discusses the unique ways ADHD presents in women and shares strategies for coping with the challenges women often face, such as time management, self-compassion, and finding balance in daily life.
One of my favorite podcasts and while most episodes are not ADHD focused, she has several episodes about ADHD as she was diagnosed late in life as so many women are. Her podcast is focused on creating a better life for yourself.
